Major Elevator was founded in 1993 by the father of Kody and Sam Tokar. What began as a two man operation has grown into a trusted team of over 40+ trained professionals and 10 service trucks covering the Bronx, Brooklyn, Queens, and Manhattan.
Since taking over in 2015, Kody and Sam have led the company with a hands on approach, combining deep field experience with operational discipline. Their focus on responsiveness, code compliance, and long term customer relationships has helped Major Elevator become a go to partner for property managers and building owners across New York City.
